I'm still a scrambled guy mostly. I like runny eggs for the two meals listed above, and fried hard eggs are fucking rockstar on sandwiches. [Reply]

Do you still cook the crap out of scrambled eggs? I cook until it doesn't look quite done and take it off the burner, turns out silky smooth when done right. [Reply]

Man that's kinda tough to do. My juice is just chicken stock, blended dried chiles. I used California chile pods and Chile de Arbols. Lots of cumin, seasoning salt and garlic salt.
