What are you expecting?
The real question is what are YOU expecting?

I know this is tough a tough pill to swallow but Jeudy/Sutton are not better than Metcalf/Lockett.

Your OL was 27th in sacks per dropback...and didnt address it. Your RBs/OL ranked near the bottom in yards before contact...lucky for you that Williams is good at breaking tackles.

4 of your 7 wins came against the 5 worst teams in the NFL...

Wilson was 6-8 as a starter last season...

I'm failing to see how the sum of all these parts add up to to anything other than a replication of Seattle's 2021 season.

Elite globalist ownership paying a record amount is your wild-card in the equation....I realize to the average Donktard...ownership doesn't matter...just tik-tok video of Wilson reciting syrupy inspirational cliches.

I guess I could see an argument for Wilson over Stafford, but Stafford has a better O-Line and much better receiving options to throw to.
Well, if I say top 12-15, that is setting a low bar in my opinion. If he's worth the trade and the $, he's certainly gotta play at a top 10 level... depending on what the stats look like, we're probably splitting hairs from 7-10. We'll see.

Russell has two strong RBs that can change the offense and he did not have that consistently in SEA the last couple of seasons.

Yes, DK and Lockett are ranked higher than what Denver has... let's see how those rankings look with Geno/Lock. Maybe there's a reversal of fortune here for Sutton, Jeudy, etc now that there is a QB that is better than anything they have thrown out there in recent years.

Denver has:

A more talented team
A much better GM
A bottomless bag of cash
Man, it's hard to even know where to begin in your posts.

Does anyone but you think the Broncos are the more talented team? How many rankings have the Broncos above KC? Oh, right....dude who trashed Allen while hyping Keenum, Lynch, and a host of other crap players knows better than all the experts. :-)

Amazing how Andy Reid used to get "outcoached" when he took Alex Smith and a mediocre roster to battle vs Brady/Roethlisberger/Luck. Not sure how he ever lost, tbh.

Veach's accomplishments:
2 SBs, 1 SB win, 4 AFCC games
Turned the worst defense in the league into a SB-winning D in one offseason.
Turned a disastrous OL into one of the league's best in one offseason.
9 of his 10 draft picks this year made it onto the roster of the most successful team in the NFL

Paton's accomplishments:
7-10 season
Drafted a solid corner in the top 10 (only had about a 90% chance of doing so based on history)
Drafted a decent RB with the 35th pick.

:-)

I don't really give a whole lot of thought to contract numbers, especially when a small percentage of the contract is guaranteed.

Jones, in about 1.5 seasons worth of snaps, has 15.5 sacks, 19 TFL and 28 QB hits.
What does mean something? The opinions of a fanbase that is continually wrong? :-)

Yes, of course. What are we talking about here? Top 7 statistically or top 7 in the minds of Chiefs fans?

If you look at the whole situation objectively from coaching on down, I would agree that he'll be in that 2nd tier (12-15 give or take). Question is, will it be enough to get into the playoffs? I don't think so, but we'll see.

So you don't think that those are the top 7 qb's in the league?

Defend your answer.

Let's be honest...Lamar shits all over Mr Unlimited (Plan B) too.

Sure, he can't throw you on his back and take you deep into the playoffs with his arm, but neither can Russack.

I like stats. PFF grades are not stats, just one guy’s opinion.

2021 Seattle had more rushing yards, TDs and YPC last season than the Donks...on 40 fewer attempts.

Giving big contracts to franchise QB's...but then being completely inept at roster building is how you become the Matt Stafford Detroit Lions.

Good lord. When you look at the shitty roster Paton has assembled, Veach is a GM God in comparison. If Denver has a SB roster, I guess KC are unbeatable juggernauts this year because their roster is mote talented at nearly every position over Denver
