I posted a youtube video of what I do to open the dough a while back. I will be honest and let you know I shape the dough, then put it in a pizza pan, re-shape it out to the sides, top (if I don't parbake) and cook for a couple minutes before sliding it off on the stone. [Reply]

We fucking love that roast! We make it quite a bit since you showed us it. I don't quite get it but it's really quite fucking tasty. We sometimes put it over buttered noodles. [Reply]
