Spags doesn't show much during the season. In the playoffs things get nasty.
He must not think that Uche will translate well to what he wants to do in the playoffs. [Reply]

Or, and hear me out on this, he sucks which is why he was available for a ham sandwich
Hear me out, the guys we're currently playing over him have less sacks than him in more snaps.
No one is even saying he should start or he should get the majority of snaps. But for him to get 1 snap in a game and then inactive the next when we have one of the worst pass rushes in the league. That makes no sense.
Maybe he doesn't set the edge as well as Mike Danna and FAU. You know how important it is to set that edge on 3rd and long. [Reply]

Or maybe they haven’t liked what they’ve seen from him since he’s arrived [Reply]

Sure. He still has more sacks and higher pressure rate than FAU. Again, no one is asking for him to start. But for a pass rush as bad as ours it should be all hands on deck.
And unlike FAU he can play special teams so even more reason to have him active.
The only reason FAU is playing is because we burned a first round pick on him. He's the defense's Skyy Moore as of now. [Reply]
