On Friday, one of my colleague mentioned how much he liked the seafood gumbo served at a local restaurant. Instantly, I knew I would not let the weekend pass befit making my own version. Here it is plated fancy so you good people can see what's in it. After snapping the pic, I scraped it into a bowl so it can be eaten properly.
