I finally got the guy to agree to any bet at all. He was clearly concerned with injuries from his two slapdicks, so I let him set that condition. That way if his guys don't live up to the standards, he'll look even dumber than if I tried to strongarm him with more aggressive terms. [Reply]

I get it... I went for the jugular, because I wanted him gone on my terns, rather than his usual October bail job He, of course, tucked his tail and ran. [Reply]

Only thing is… that’s an avy bet at end of season. You won’t realize much victory in that one if you win. [Reply]

Yeah, because players never improve with better coaching, better talent around them, and different schemes. :-)
Hell, Karlaftis might get 4.5 sacks against Denver's shit line alone. [Reply]
Six sacks for a back of the first round DE isn't an insulting projection. Kwity Paye (4 sacks as a rookie), Odafe Oweh (5 sacks as a rookie), and Jaelan Phillips (8.5 sacks as a rookie) were all picked in the back of the first and none of them put up big sack numbers their rookie year.
Hell, TJ Watt only had 7 sacks his rookie year.
Dammit Karl may get 10 sacks some day, but it won't be this year. [Reply]

I don't think anyone thinks that 6 sacks is insulting.
This is what's insulting (and funny):
I honestly believe Gregory, Chubb, Dremont Jones and Baron Browning will all have more sacks than Dammit Karl.
So Baron Browning and the other brokedicks will all have OVER 6 sacks? :-) [Reply]
I don't know how you find the data for it... tried a few google searches looking for teams with more than 4 players with 6 sacks each in a season. [Reply]
