The big anti-hijack thread.....
Talk about anything, but if this works than we don't have to keep looking around all the threads to see who is still on tonight, and every night, or even every day! Talk about the chiefs, talk about tomorrow, talk about football, politics or even how to do flooring and the applicable budget. What you're drinking, how hard it is to sleep, etc. Every thing is acceptable in this thread.....

I also have a Samsung Laser Printer and an HP All in One
It seems like it cost me a lot of money, but it really didn't....
I paid 37 for the Burner, 21 for the ROM, 99 for the SATA, and 39 for the Radeon, along with 90 for the 1 gig stick....all from New Egg
The Case is an Antec that I got from DirecTron for about 50 bucks
The laser printer I got for 50 bucks after rebate from NewEgg
The HP I got for 50 ish from Staples on clearance
The TV Tuner I got for 30 dollars from BB
If you are a really cheap motherf*cker, and spend a lot of time, you can get a pretty nice rig for fairly cheap
Thats a nice set up Hamas..don't get Windows Vista though...the hardware still hasn't caught up to the software yet..no matter what they say...I am holding onto XP for as long as I can..

Yeah, I held on to Win 98 for a loooong time (Nov. 99-August of '04)...
I'll keep XP for quite a while. Vista's Interface seems like a real resource whore.
I'm also in a pickle in that my Mobo and Processor are Socket 478, and my RAM is DDR 3200 and I don't have a PCI Express slot. The next upgrade I'll do will entail an entirely new processor (dual core) motherboard, graphics card (PCI-E) and RAM...however, that's a few years down the road. I can hold up to 4 gigs of RAM in my current setup, and I have plenty of expansion for additional HD space due to the size and construction of my case....
I also have a nice power supply that is future ready (an Antec Truepower), so at least I won't have to get rid of that :-)

Say, maybe you could practice on a thread in the Tickets for sale forum. There's probably no one posting there right now. You might be able to get a string of half a dozen to a dozen posts there!
