I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.
KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.
One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future. [Reply]
I was planning on going to that game. 18 miles up the road from my house. Then I figured out I would probably not be home until after 1 AM so I watched it on TV. I turned it off with 2 min to go figuring the Cats blew it and went to bed. Woke up this AM and was pleasantry surprised.
I hope Avery is not hurt too bad. He stopped running the ball after he went out of the game.
Like Notorius said " A W is a W ". And bonus- Prime lost another one.

Hell of a game on the road last night. With the running game completely shut down, Avery Johnson had to step up big and he did. What a game by that young man!
6-1 headed into the Sunflower Showdown next weekend. 7p game on ESPN2. MHK is gonna be rocking! [Reply]
