The Broncos are one of those teams that are just a couple injuries away from falling apart. They lack depth, and their talent level is already overrated.

They can't afford to lose a couple guys.

I didn't realize I had clicked the Donkos thread and just about had a heart attack when I read this post.

I'd go as far as to say their defense can't even afford to lose one of their studs or pass rushers (Chubb/Gregory/Jones).

If Surtain, Simmons, or one of their pass rushers go down, they're fucked.

Really???
His shitty defense gave up 22 points to a GOAT.
And that is worse than Dungver's 3 SB scrubbings?

55-10
43-8
42-10

Those 3 were WAY more embarrassing then Ryan's loss.

Most teams are which is comical you guys bring it up because your team is one of them.. KC will have one of those years where they lose 3 starters on the OL. KC can't afford injuries to CB either or DL/Edge. Looking at it you guys are every bit as thin in depth.

That’s what happens when you don’t have high draft picks for multiple years. They don’t have a ton of money on the cap either. Especially once Russ gets his huge new deal next Spring

The embarrassment of that Atlanta Super Bowl loss, where Ryan certainly shares some blame in that second half, mostly falls on their defense in that epic collapse.

Here's Matt Ryan's stats for that Bowl: 17-23 74% completion %, 284 yards, 2 TD's, 0 INT's, a QB rating of 144.1.

Now, did he take some bad sacks in that second half? Absolutely. But those stats he posted in that Super Bowl are better than pretty much ANY stats that John Elway ever put up in a Super Bowl, win or loss.

The Chiefs have dealt with injuries the last few years and have made it to at least the AFCCG every season.

Get a clue.

We did. It was called 2020. We still made the Super Bowl that year despite all the O-Line injuries. Of course, it caught up with us against the Bucs and their pass rush in the Bowl. But what can you do? :-)
