There are guys. It depends on money and what we choose to bring back.
Varying degrees of talent here, but I'd look at Chris Godwin, Elijah Moore, Darius Slayton, Rondale Moore, Josh Palmer, Dyami Brown, and KJ Osborne.
I don't know if I'd be interested in any others. [Reply]
I think he is solid. Not a top ten type guy but he is solid and better than what we played with last year. Could be a solid stop gap to a draft pick. If we drafted Conerly and let him sit and develop for a year or two then I would be ok with Moore.
Maybe he surprised some as he is only 26 and could develop some still? [Reply]

The 24 version seems to be that. The 23 version was a disaster. Maybe some of that was bad OC/QB play. I don’t know.
But awfully uncertain.
All things equal, I’d pay Robinson more and be OK with it and would rather have Jaylon Moore if he’s a little less costly. [Reply]

PFF says Dan Moore gave up 12 sacks in 2024. Is that accurate? Or PFF typical bullshit?
Robinson and Jaylon Moore are my targets. They’re the two LTs available with the most easily explained reasons for being available. [Reply]

I’m not sure if it is true or not. But I would definitely take into consideration the QB and offensive system. Wilson holds the ball too long too often. And Pittsburgh system is to run the ball then throw deep. [Reply]

I’ve not paid much attention to him - I know he was better in 24 than 23, when he was a disaster - but I don’t know much else about him.
So, is this a guy we think could realistically convert to KC’s style of pass sets? Crow, DJ?
I ask because it was shared with me today that their plan is to sign Moore.
He gives up way more pressure than I like, but he's better than Cam Robinson, IMO. He gives up fewer pressures and commits fewer penalties on a percentage basis than Cam. He has better lateral agility than Cam. He can get into space and make second-level blocks and pull out to make blocks on the perimeter. He's obviously seen a lot more action than Jaylon Moore.
The nice thing about Dan Moore is that he's the youngest player of the lot between him, Jaylon, and Cam. He also has the best agility. I would not be pissed at all if he was the choice so long as the money isn't terrible.
One thing we gotta keep in mind with Dan Moore is that he had 4 games a year against two of the absolute best pass rushers in the NFL in Myles Garrett and Trey Hendrickson. He struggled, sometimes mightily, with those guys but I think that helps him going forward.
So long as the choice is not Cam Fucking Robinson, I'm good with it. [Reply]
