So due to a potential work conflict, I didn't think I would get to go to the SB this year. Now thanks to a continuance, I don't need to be in court.
Started to look for a place to stay in NOLA and whooooollyyy sheeet. I mean, I expected expensive but this is bend ya ass ova and beg for forgiveness shit.

Shameless request…If anyone that goes would be willing to grab me some of the confetti or some type of souvenir, I’d greatly appreciate it. Soak in that atmosphere because it’s gonna be historic.
If you don't get any takers, keep an eye on Nate Taylor's Twitter in the days after the game (assuming we win). He's made it a tradition of getting a bunch of confetti and mailing it out to fans who want it. It's only a few pieces each, but it's cool to have. [Reply]
My son-in-law and I are going. Its a bucket list thing for me. Hotel prices are about 10x normal for this time of year. Staying at the Hilton Plaza right across the street from the NFL Experience. Pretty easy walk or tram ride to most places I want to go to. Getting in Friday and out Monday. I'm super excited. I never thought I would ever be able to go to a Super Bowl. There were so many years of darkness. I'm basking in the light of Mahomes! [Reply]

Believe me - I am well aware of what those tickets cost and stand by my statement. [Reply]

It’s almost as if he might be… lying? He’s always seemed like such an honest, good person to me. [Reply]
Its peoples own money. They can spend it how they like. I pay a lot of money in insurance just to live on the water. Deal with an occasional hurricane rebuild costs. People think I'm stupid for spending the money. Its their money for crissakes. We all have different things that float our boat.
As long as you are not robbing banks to fund your Chiefs obsession, go forth and prosper. [Reply]
