Didn’t realize just how bad it could be without him and boy was it bad.
Say what you want but the kid is a functional LT that is getting better. It’s hard finding average LT’s but I’d say he’s pretty damn close to average and that’s okay.
He’s the same caliber as Donovan Smith to me but he’s young and not falling apart.
Say what you want guys….getting a functional starting LT that is steady and not a bust at the end of rd 3 is an A+ draft pick.
Believe the hit rate in rd 3 is roughly 15% so getting this type of value is a big value to us. [Reply]
Keep repeating that he's not THAT bad if you desire. But the data shows that he's really fucking bad.
Again, over 60 pressures surrendered when extrapolating his body of work so far over a full 17 game season. Most years there isn't even an OT that breaks that mark. [Reply]
It's not heavily skewed by his rookie season either. 6 healthy games, 23 pressures surrendered in 2023. 6 healthy games, 19 pressures surrendered in 2024. [Reply]

Best we got and still better than Kingsley. [Reply]

What did you want them to do this year?
We can’t keep bringing back Donovan Smith. We have to find a starter. We tried to do that this year [Reply]

Genuinely curious. How is this compared to Orlando Brown Jr in 2022? Bc man tackle was horrific from both players. Orlando Brown Jr had the worst pressure % in the league per PFF that year.

That question has been answered multiple times. Smith or Bahktari. Get them both in and sign the one that is brokeded the least. They may be old and broken down, but they're almost guaranteed to be better than Suamataia currently and for all the talk of them being brokedicks Wanya has had to exit multiple games now with this knee issue he's having. We haven't had a permanent solution at LT since Fisher left. That was a long time ago.
It's time to stop ****in' around.
I think Wanya would be best fit at RG. I think he could replace Trey Smith with minimal drop off bc he’s such a good fit there.
Cam Robinson is a FA and I don’t care that he’s 30 next year. If they feel Wanya isn’t the answer there and Kingsley can’t play then their #1 need in the offseason is getting that guy. [Reply]
