The #Giants are in talks on a deal to hire #Chiefs QBs coach Mike Kafka as their OC, per @MikeGarafolo. The former NFL QB has been working with Andy Reid for the last several years and is considered an up-and-coming coach in the league. Big hire for Brian Daboll.

Again, not sure why anybody here cares. We don't need him as our OC, Andy does that job. If we made Kafka our OC it would just be so he could go be a head coach somewhere else. If Kafka goes to the Giants and somehow makes that offense not suck, then Daboll stays on in NY, and maybe Kafka gets hired as our next HC when Andy retires. We don't need him, or anybody, to be Andy's administrative assistant on offense. [Reply]
