My only reaction to this is "well, this just means the Chiefs are going to be even more aggressive at the WR position, now".
Exactly, I appreciate Juju's contribution this past season. Him not being here will not be a big void to fill and I'm fairly certain he never has another 900 yard season. [Reply]

Hardman has a couple of things he does well, but he's pretty damn near the top of the NFL in those things. His vision as a ball carrier is incredibly underrated. [Reply]

Sure but it's still gadgety as an actual receiver he leaves a lot to be desired. Is it worth paying a guy 7-8 million a year for his 4 touches a game. [Reply]
I kinda expected he was gone. The knee, big mouth, limited upside.
I’m almost certain Mecole will be back on a 1 year deal for 12m. Mostly in not likely to be earned incentives that won’t count against the cap this year, but that he will earn and hit free agency next year with a huge bump to the cap and a robust market.

I just don't think the receivers this year are good enough to do so. This feels like a DL draft to me with so many freakshows.
I'd draft a DE or DT and trade for Hopkins. It just seems to make the most sense. [Reply]

Yes? Especially with his game breaking ability. He had 6 TDs in only 8 games. [Reply]

Hopkins.
Or they'll make a move for a WR already under contract somewhere. [Reply]
