0 and 40 are supposed to be the hardest on your body. I have a miracle sleep pill. (Seroquel) I have a miracle liver pill (concentrated milk thistle) I have a miracle high BP medicine. (Amlodapine benazopril) Thinking about trying something for mental health.(????) Dont need much for pain so far.

thoughts?

For you an enema could work. :-)

Oh, yeah. Anti-inflammatory is the new black. Things that make your body react with inflammation cause mental issues, physical issues, and pretty much every other type of issue. Clean up your diet by getting rid of anything made in a factory, and you'll happily watch Patrick Mahomes for several more decades.

On the upside, now one will think you’re weird if they catch you pumping the python to the golden girls.

Maybe selenium?

He’s got a ton of good videos on deficiencies and supplements. Just type in Dr Berg then your symptom. Might be as simple as a vitamin. Look up vitamin D 3 as well. Most of the country is deficient

Happy Birthday and good luck

Looks like steel wool and feels like leather. He’s going to need some valvoline and a shoe horn

Congrats, Mr Wizard. You have me by a few decades so I’ve got no advice for you, but hope you enjoy your day.
I am 68....and have seen too many of my HS friends, business friends and close personal friends not make it to 55, much less 60.

Congratulations Mr. Wizard on reaching a magic age.

BTW....Amlodopine and Lisinopril i had bad allergic reactions to.

Jesus man Seroquel is kind of a hardcore psych med. I've heard mental patients screaming about how it scrapes off the outer layers of their brain. That's probably farfetched but be careful with that stuff.

My sleeping aid is just indica marijuana.

It treats bipolar and schizophrenia

What would you call that?

It is NOT a party drug as my friend Dave found out after he was pranked by a bipolar college friend. He was effectively drugged to the point of being unable to move for 12 hours. It was hilarious at the time but a fairly fucked up prank all things considered

Depends on how much you're on, op said it was for sleep so it's probably not a high dose but it's indicated for schizophrenic disorders
