I'm all about high-fives when its a 16 or 17 year old kid banging some 24 year old who just got out of college.

I agree wholeheartedly. But I'd argue that there is nothing wrong with the kid. I wanted ANYTHING girl to even just pay attention to me when I was 13.
To your point though, I am 28, and I have a nephew that is 11, in a year and a half, he'll be as old as this kid. I have a hard time seeing him as anything but a little puke that needs to grow up. I have to remind myself to quit being so hard on him because he is still just a kid. The fact remains though, that he is miles away from having anything in common with me on any level.
