Would this be the ugliest third Superbowl win in a row of all time?

It appears that we're forgetting a few things about the Chiefs 4-0 start. The Chiefs are playing a first place schedule and the NFL front-loaded us with some difficult games. Opening the season with the Ravens and Bengals was meant to be a huge hurdle for the Chiefs, and it was. Both of those teams may be off to poor starts, but there is little question that they were both amped up and ready to play the Chiefs.

The game against the Falcons was on the road against a pretty good team that has some high expectations this year. They were amped up and ready to play the Chiefs too.

Finally, yesterday's game against the Chargers was a divisional game against a team with a new coach that has given the Chargers very high expectation too, or at least among some. Divisional games tend to be much tougher than others anyway, and the Chargers games have always been difficult over the last several years.

As Chiefs fans we always want the Chiefs to stomp on our opponents, but this is professional football and the Chiefs are the #1 target of every team in the league.

Bank the 4-0 start and forget about what could have been in any individual game. We're 4-0 and a major problem for any other team that has aspirations of winning it all this year.

Being 4-0 and facing a good Saints Team on Monday Night October 7th.

5-0 says a lot. This is another huge game.

That Saints team is underrated. They could get their ass kicked if they bring this kind of effort to that game.

Also don't sleep on the Bucs.

Underrated? After just the first couple weeks, people were already ready to crown them, and they've lost two in a row since.

Who cares about how it looks. We are in the ring business not the style business. Get the highest seed you can any way you can. Nobody remembers style they remember who won.

This team is going to be a homage to MartyBall the remainder of the season with a combination of a QB who can take over the game when necessary.

In terms of injuries to key players, maybe.

Most of the disappointment around here stems from retardedly high expectations though and isn't based in reality... like thinking they'd blow out a big rival like the Bengals or freaking out when the game is close in the first half, just like almost every other game each week.

If people stopped convincing themselves throughout the week that the only possible outcome is winning by 40, wins would be more enjoyable and wouldn't seem so disappointing.

No, in 2003 we started 9-0 with Dick Vermiel Trent Green Priest Holmes Tony Gonzalez We didn’t have a defense now we do, big difference. I think Bartel was getting torched on the daily, no pass rush etc.

I'd say the Ravens are off to a great start outside of somehow losing to the Raiders.

Too many turnovers by Mahomes and Steele. Protect the ball and it makes the game easier to watch for the KC fans.
