Some fun here. Edwards-Helaire rushed for 1,415 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior .. all-purpose yards -- receiving (55 receptions, 453 yards) and kick returner (KEY) 10 returns, 214 yards pic.twitter.com/3Duq1jjy6J
Holy offense Bat Man. I love Clyde Edwards-Helaire. He is best Rb in the draft. Watkins and Hill deep. Kelce in the middle. And Edwards-Helaire underneath. Good Luck defenses.
Brett Veach told Andy Reid to watch some Clyde Edwards-Helaire film and told Reid you’ll see Brian Westbrook. Reid watched. Then got back to Veach and said he’s better than Westbrook.

Pretty sure rookie Clyde died in the off-season and was replaced by an imposter, like what happened with Avril Lavigne. Although this guy is worse than the Avril Lavigne imposter because to her credit, she can actually perform. [Reply]
After the attempted robbery shooting….then the shooting at the parade that he helped the victims…I bet the news of Pearsall getting shot in an attempted robbery hit him really hard while he was already struggling.
I feel for the guy and hope he finds a way to have peace in his mind about these things. [Reply]

The Chiefs are doing right for one of their own. The guy is universally loved by peers and coaches. Keep him around so he can be vested and possibly find a job with the club off the field.
It’s just common decency to place him on NFI and see what happens. Can you imagine the negativity and resentment cutting Clyde would cause in the locker room? The Chiefs preach they are a family and cutting him would certainly cause a huge wound to the team’s culture. [Reply]

At this point who cares? He's not counted as part of the 53 so he's not taking up a roster spot. As much as I don't like Clyde the player, anyone who has a problem with how the Chiefs are handling this is just complaining for the sake of complaining. [Reply]

Plus he has access to all the mental health care he needs while still with the team. There's no negative here. [Reply]

Never suggested shit would be wrecked. But I think it effectively illustrates the point that vets in less cerebral positions can miss camp without adversely affecting performance. [Reply]

Yup, there's nothing wrong with taking care of your players/employees. The Chiefs did the right thing.
They signed up that guy from the Broncos and we got war croc horse thor so I'm feeling pretty good about RB still. [Reply]
I think the Chiefs are doing CEH a solid here. I am actually pleased with the decision. For all of the crap that Hunt has taken in the last few years of the players survey, this plays very well in the locker room. Well done Clark. [Reply]
