The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

You'll never admit it… but you know it.
And I know you know it.
There will not be a better time for the Bills and Bears to can their HC’s and get a quality offensive coach than in January.
Daboll is a very good offensive coach who developed Josh and he’s likely to be fired for the same reason Nagy did: his QB is among the worst in the league and chaining him down.
Doug Pederson is a really good offensive coach that might be cut loose and would be a huge upgrade.
Ben Johnson and Bobby Slowik Jr look like excellent up and coming offensive coaches that could be poached. Josh Allen is undoubtedly QB2 in this league right now and could get them to come coach you.
Frank Smith and Wes Phillips are also good options who have done a hell of a job for their teams offenses.
There’s no excuses anymore. Bills can either change or choose to stay the same wasting Allen’s career. [Reply]
Mahomes would've won a championship in Buffalo by now. Because he's that !@#$ing good.
If Mahomes is with Buffalo, McDermott would be considered a top coach in the league with multiple championships. If Allen is with KC, Reid’s reputation of choking in the playoffs would still be a thing. [Reply]

Doug Pederson is a guy who works better in theory than practice.
If (when) he gets fired, he'll deserve it.
The league writ large needs to move on from Doug Pederson: Head Coach. It's not gonna happen. [Reply]
Allen was drafted into one of the absolute WORST situations.
This is so stupid it demonstrates someone who knows nothing about the NFL or the other teams in it besides the BEELZ.
You want worse? Try going to the NY Jets. If Darnold went to Buffalo and Allen went to NY there is a good chance Darnold gets the big contract and Allen is a new Blake Bortles.
Daboll was the best possible developer for Allen. He built an offense for him when Allen had major flaws and weaknesses. [Reply]

You mention some pretty good options. That said, it seems like McDermott’s defense has been the biggest problem for Buffalo in the Playoffs. Allen is putting enough points on the scoreboard, but McDermott’s defense gets torched every year.
There’s a GOAT level defensive coach available: Belichick. His defense unquestionably played a major role in winning 8 rings as HC & DC. [Reply]

What Buffalo fan doesn't realize is that the real contenders don't show everything during the regular season. Why do you think KC has closer games instead of blowouts like Buffalo? They are saving it.
"Why does our #1 defense get fisted in the playoffs?" Well, your answer is shown above. [Reply]

The Dolphins fapped to that beat-down they put on Denver all season.
Didn't seem to get them any hardware, though.
This ain't NASCAR fellas - you don't get any points for the post-season because you won a game in the regular season. [Reply]
Once in a while he'll plop his balls out and leave a streak of frumunda on the faces of a division rival. Fucking hilarious when we break those plays out. [Reply]

This is what Bills fans whine about, but outside of games vs KC, McDermott's defense has been as good as any in the playoffs.
And if Bills Mafia is holding their breath waiting for them to shut down a Reid/Mahomes team in the postseason, well....

Diqlix keeps saying "I know what you guys are thinking! You'd have just as many rings with Allen on your team!" when in reality this is what I actually think about.
The thought of Mahomes on a different team winning championships is absolutely terrifying. [Reply]

Buffalo gave up over 30 points to a 3rd string QB for the Dolphins in a wild card playoff game on Buffalo's home field. The following week, the Bengals torched them in the snow on Buffalo's home field. Bengals could have easily scored 35+ on them but Cincy went into "run the clock" mode in the 2nd half of that game.
