Hell, I'm never going to enter a season and just say "yeah, they suck and there's no hope". I do not believe that I ever predicted anything great for them, kept it around .500 IIRC most seasons.

So, I certainly "we'll see'd" the hell out of a few seasons... as if I thought Flacco, Keenum or the rest were going to truly do anything positive.

I did, honestly. I saw absolutely no reason for hope before or during the Flacco and Bridgewater seasons. The other guys were all young/new enough that at least I didn't know for sure they were terrible.
