I think it's pretty clear football needs changes with an this CTE. We all like the hits but the human brain cannot take it. Let's protect these men and begin protecting them as boys. [Reply]

Yeah, I love the sport, but we all know the truth. It started out as a rough sport played by strong 190 pound men. Now it's a rough sport played by 290 pound athletic freaks. You can't play the sport without damage now.
I've pondered sometimes why we talk about injuries like they're routine and expected. Seasons hinge on which guys are hurt and for how long. That's not a good thing to normalize and trivialize. [Reply]
