Okay, here is a place for the Golfers to talk about tournaments, clubs, swing help or thoughts.
Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.

Watson has a rap for being a bomber but he's gt great hands around the greens and he can really putt. He's got a great shot to bag a couple more majors the next 3-5 years. ESP with the field being so weak at the top [Reply]
He's a great player. The thing that bothers many people about him, and I think I speak for OTW on this as well, is that he's a guy that's as gregarious as it gets when things are going well who turns into a sullen asshole blaming and bitching everyone out the minute something goes awry. [Reply]

Yep. I will say, I didn't see a lot of his usual antics from him early today.
The guy has won the Masters twice. That doesn't happen by accident. He's a talented player. [Reply]
Augusta sets up to a T for his game too.
I don't know that he will necessarily win a bunch if other majors other places,
But he may very well win a few more green jackets [Reply]

Agree completely.
Hit hits the ball a mile (high and long) can work the ball, and the lack of rough/trouble helps his wildness off the tee.
Wouldn't shock me in the least if he won another, or even two more. But I'd be completely shocked if he won a British or US Open. [Reply]
Outside of his blowup at his caddie at the Travelers (I think that was it), where do people get the notion he's some sort of angry bird? I watch nearly all these tourneys and I don't see him ever cursing or tossing his club or barking at spectators. If one incident defines him as an asshole, then the the whole tour outside of maybe Aaron Baddely and Kuchar are also with him. [Reply]
