The foundation doesn't seem to be as strong as it used to be. The 2018 and 2019 Chiefs were in a great spot, culturally, but now you have guys like Honey Badger, 'Reek and LeSean McCoy voicing negativity lately.
The Mile High Salute is a defensive move to keep the AFC West's balls out of their eyes [Reply]
Denver playing Seattle week one will be interesting....see what scheme Carroll rolls out against his ex-qb. Obviously, he knows Wilson doesn't like to use the middle of the field...
Should be an early blueprint gift for the teams that follow...Denver "should" win...but Lock/Geno beating them on national TV would be a hysterical introduction. [Reply]

The last two drafts have been excellent and everyone knows it. Easily better than Paton’s drafts, and you goons have already crowned him a top GM. :-)
Of course, Veach also transformed the worst defense in the league into a SB-winning D in one offseason and a disastrous OL into one of the top units in the league in one offseason. He’s also consistently found bargain FAs with great value. [Reply]
Unlike previous position rankings for PFF, the linebacker list did not include a tier system. Instead, it was a straight list of the 32 teams.
Let’s go to Galina’s commentary on the Chiefs:
9. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
A position of concern and potential weakness heading into last season has become a real strength for Kansas City. Nick Bolton and Willie Gay are two young linebackers who came on strong last season. Bolton, then a rookie, produced one of the highest individual grades for a linebacker. Gay hasn’t graded as well but possesses the characteristics to become a top linebacker.
Nice new owner you have there Denver. He’s already been proven to be a shady businessman. Fits Denver perfectly!
The FTC said it sued Walmart, alleging the company had allowed scam artists to use its money transfer services for fraud that cost consumers “hundreds of millions of dollars” https://t.co/GbwODUTeAy
I dunno, I feel like his team mates are probably furiously rolling their eyes at all his bullshit platitudes that don't really mean anything. But, that's just me... [Reply]

Yeah.
Going to 4 straight Title games just screams 'Bad culture'.
And the 3 guys you just mentioned? No longer here. Maybe the Chiefs just know a little something about this 'football thing' and how to do it..... [Reply]
