Manning was obviously injured and shouldn't have been playing. As far as the HGH thing...they guy that said he did it recanted the entire story to the Qatar Slave State Network. In fact that portion of their network...their American division is closing and their lawyer isn't even a lawyer (never passed the Bar). And for the last time we didn't cheat the cap at all.
