You almost have to be in awe of how he somehow made the final 53.

Terrible season last year.

Did nothing to distinguish himself this offseason.

Played 31 offensive snaps without even a target in the preseason.

And still finds himself to be a Chief.

I would have kept Toney over Skyy. Both worthless, BUT in the event that one actually did manage to do something productive, Toney could do it more spectacularly. But Im glad he's gone in its own right.
