Hey all, you know the deal...
The other thread hit over 1,000 posts and we have server issues when that shit happens so here she be, a fancy new mega thread.
Anyway, just a quick rundown.
Post anything and everything gaming in here. Console games, handheld/mobile games or PC.
Playing something you love or maybe hate? Find a hidden gem on Steam? Let us know via a review. Try to make sure you give a good rundown on it. Graphics, sound, storyline, overall gameplay and replayability. Let's keep it at a 1-10 scale.
Thanks to all that left me awesome rep comments/posts and even pm's thanking me for the many reviews I wrote.
Just an FYI, developers do read our comments in here I guess. CD Projekt Red (of Witcher 3) was one that stopped by.
Anyway, thanks all for your input and as always, no griefing. [Reply]

Dumb complaint.
If there were some sort of item involved like there is in a lot of these, then sure. It's optional side content.
Just to reach the next area so I can get on with the story?
Miss me with that shit. It's padding to make the game seem longer than it really is.
You DO know these are intended to be testing for Jedi, right? It makes sense that they are difficult.
How unfortunate that the game developers don't realize that Jedi are not real, and the only thing their bullshit contraptions are actually testing, is the patience of the customer that purchased the game.
Like, create a franchise called Star Wars: Jedi Trials if you want to riddle your game with dumb shit like this. [Reply]

I really wanted to like these 2 Star Wars games. I'm an admitted Star Wars nerd and the story is intriguing. I've reinstalled them 3 times trying to get it to click. But I just came away frustrated every time.
The platforming is terrible and feels completely unnecessary. It's like one of those Mario levels where you're jumping from one disappearing platform to another, and you die 18 times in a row on the same spot while internally rage screaming. But add to that the Souls-like format where every time you retry it, you've got to fight the same enemies you already defeated. And it's so weirdly unbalanced at times that even a couple small creatures running around will kill you multiple times in a row in embarrassing fashion. You being a Jedi with the most deadly weapon in the universe.
I ended up just going to Youtube and watching the entire walkthrough. [Reply]
Yeah, I have no idea what y'all are talking about. The platforming gets to be tedious at some areas but the map is pretty easy to figure out and it outright tells you when you aren't able to go to a spot yet. [Reply]
The worst part of the whole game was the open area on Koboh slowing the frame rate to an absolute crawl at times. That got super obnoxious at times and a couple of the fights are just blatant artificial difficulty bullshit. [Reply]

Nothing like getting one shotted by an angry charging turkey on grandmaster difficulty.
It's like, tell me you don't know how to scale difficulty without telling me you don't know how to scale difficulty lmmfgdao. [Reply]

There are mods on Nexus that fix performance issues.
I had no issues running the game at 5k2k on an i9 with a 3070 Ti, details mostly maxed.
I got best performance setting everything to Ultra and turning on DLSS to balanced mode. [Reply]
