Not sure what the law in Texas is, but in Illinois a live relationship has 30 days to find reasonable accommodations and get their stuff out... so if it had only been a couple weeks since the fallout, she may have had some legal right to stay [Reply]

If they purchased this house together, he needed to go thru the legal process if she wasn’t willing to leave voluntarily. In an article where they discuss how they met, getting engaged, it mentions purchasing their house together:
