Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Yeah, it was weird.
But really, I think it was just more that he saw Travis than anything. That's his guy and he'd step over his own mother to dap up Trav. [Reply]

It’s tough to give Zapruder analysis to moments of human emotion like that. If he started crying hugging Travis he may have needed a moment to collect himself again.
Or maybe Perine was talking tons of shit that he needed to be the featured back and Burrow was better than Patrick.

It's crazy how the two times we've lost a SB were the two times the team had only lost once in the regular season. Funny how things turn out sometimes. [Reply]
I'll also just add that anybody comparing Tom Brady to Joe Montana after his 3rd SB in 2004 would have been laughed at to no end. He wasn't considered the driving force of any of those Patriots teams.
The fact that Mahomes is even being compared resume wise at age 29 to a guy who won 7 SBs speaks to just how dominant he has been compared to anyone who has ever played the game through their first seven seasons. He has no equals in the game at this moment so people have to try to diminish him by using a guy who played until he was 45 on completely stacked teams. It's a completely unfair standard. [Reply]
It is crazy to me how much the media and folks have dismissed PM15's accomplishments (not us Chief fans but the media in general)...I'm like, how about he just retire and see the impact to folks...also, it is very interesting to me to see how many folks wanted to see him fail to win this super bowl and not have something on Brady...of all people and teams, you prefer to see the Chiefs fall short of Brady and Patriots...it is crazy how PM15's perception has fallen when compared to the evil Patriots and Brady...like come on... Brady didn’t have to go 19-0 to end up the GOAT and Mahomes won’t have to have the threepeat either…
But we gotta get back to max productivity offensively and win 2-5 more Bowls. [Reply]
