So an action that only hurt his team, by leading to a 15 yard penalty, as well as a suspension, is "cheating."? It was dirty, and correctly penalized to be sure. But usually people try to get some competitive benefit out of cheating.

This is a tremendously broad definition of cheating. Now making plays that all of the officials on the field recognize as legal qualifies as cheating. It was also probably cheating to throw the ball so accurately.
