Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Bill Simmons speaks about him having a concussion like it’s a fact whenever he talks about the game. It’s possible that’s apocryphal, and Anarumo shut him down.

Every time he mentioned Mahomes and the Chiefs, it was "Can we talk about that AFC Championship Game loss? That was bad loss. Like a REALLY bad loss."
Implying it was some sort of "beginning of the end" for the Chiefs or something. And then losing Tyreek in the offseason? Man, that 2022 runback was really something special. [Reply]

Nowadays he’s completely changed his tune.
He was talking about that game about two weeks ago and always added the Bengals beating the Chiefs ‘with a concussed Mahomes’ almost as an asterisk beside that game. I’m sure Bengals fans were not fond of that analysis. [Reply]

No. Fuck that. We would have never got rid of Bob fucking Sutton, and got Spags. That one SB is not worth that timeline. EVER! [Reply]

Also rewatching it....If fucking Williams(?) catches that pass where Pat is airborne then we have a chance to climb back in it.
Literally no one gave Pat any help that day. He was running for his life the entire game, but NO ONE helped him out.
There's so many dickheads on that Bucs team. It's one of those times where I wish we had a do over chance at revenge.
I HATE to mention the refs after the recent bs. But it def seemed the refs had it in for us from the start. I remember seeing Brady throw a pass into the stands and we got a PI. It is what it is. That game motivated the core of this team. We’re one win away from doing something NOBODY has ever, and likely will ever accomplish again. Fuck that game. [Reply]

I really don't even consider that a SB. There was Covid, no fans in the stands, and the home team was playing in the Super Bowl. Doesn't count in my book. [Reply]

Yeah. Looking at his postseason performances before and after that 2nd half, its such an unbelievable outlier that you almost assume he got hit in the head to play that poorly.
Bengals fans can suck it. They were getting absolutely cooked in that first half. Are they really gonna champion Anarumo as some wizard in the 2nd half? Fuck them. [Reply]
