One of the reasons why our offense always seems to take off in the playoffs is Mahomes running the ball. He will rarely do it in the regular season to avoid the chance of injuries but when it comes to the do or die games he'll take off and is just as lethal as the other dual threat QBs. It surprises me that defenses don't plan for it more [Reply]

Not disagreeing, but if you take an extra defender (or two) to spy him just in case he breaks and runs, he's going to unquestionably find the open guy and burn you.

Andy opens the playbook a ton in the playoffs, too. He goes for the throat. Defenses are sent reeling trying to figure it out, and then suddenly there goes Mahomes, running it again at the perfect time.
