We did another one of those Hormel pork loins, those things are not bad. Whoever posted that, I owe you some rep (I was too lazy to go look, maybe after the food coma). [Reply]
I made our version of shit on a shingle. Haven't made it in years. I know it's basic and not really shit on a shingle but that's what we call it. Seasoned ground beef, brown gravy, over mashed taters. I didn't take a picture because it looks like baby puke anyways. I don't add veggies or anything, it's simple as hell. And we loved it. [Reply]

SOS growing up for me was sausage gravy over white bread. [Reply]

I know it's a completely incorrect name for it. It's just what we've always called it and my wife asks for it by name. It's literally been like 2 years since I've made it. It's quick, simple, and not nutritious. It's good tho! [Reply]

I do this to got it from my Dad. I really kinda like it better than mashed potato. Chicken, pork, beef gravy don't matter I take piece of white bread tear into bite size pieces and pour the gravy to it. Get my gravy fix without the big gut after filling it full of taters. [Reply]
Found it. If anyone buys one of these I had to cook longer than directed. Package said 350 for 45 min., rest 5 min.
What I did after the first one was bit underdone. I brought the meat up to room temp (whatever on that), put it in the oven as it preheated, went 5 min long on the cook time and let rest for 10 min.
I saw a taco recipe using this I might try. [Reply]
