Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

The throw to Worthy down the left sideline was really good too considering a Houston dude nailed Mahomes right as he was trying to throw. At first I thought it would be one of those wounded duck interceptions, but the ball went a lot further than I expected. Worthy made a great catch. [Reply]
The only way defenses can play against Patrick with any degree of success is to try and contain him.
You know that old saying, "You can't stop him, you can only hope to contain him..." well, it literally applies to Mahomes.
They radically adjusted their approach after his first two years, to take away the deep ball and force him to manage down the field. He adjusted as well, and is now a complete quarterback.
Combine that with a season or two without a legitimate (proven, reliable) deep threat, and then without proven, reliable Tackle play, and this is what you get.
He's made chicken salad from chicken shit, and yeah, he's missed on a handful this season, but he's not broken by any means.
Long story short, he is fine and will be fine. [Reply]
I think the only way we lose is if Buffalo gets a 14-point lead in the 3rd quarter, starts blitzing our nuts off, and we can't protect Mahomes. Outside of that, if this game is close, I just fully believe that Mahomes, and this defense will find a way [Reply]

First time seeing the flop out of bounds, yeah would much rather him not do that shit and look like the clown Allen in the process... at the extreme end, yeah, they'll force the league to create new subjective penalties and throw more flags..... yay.
No idea why he's crying about the helmet to helmet though. [Reply]
I don't like sullying the Patrick Mahomes thread with the conspiracy theories of other teams' whiny fans. I would prefer to focus everyone's attention on the amazing touchdown pass to Kelce, which was the key differentiator in the game, and yet more evidence that Patrick Mahomes II is the greatest quarterback in the history of football.
