I think it's safe to say Juedy was a bust pick to date...he was the 1st WR taken. Compared to the other recent "first off the board" WRs...he's not in the same league. Donks fans are just hoping he is a decent contributor at some point. You expect those types to be immediate game changers...

What do think he would fetch on the open market...a late 2nd? He drops a lot of balls...just like college.

I’m not a Jeudy defender… he needs to step up, but he’s also battling Hamler for the WR3 spot behind Sutton and Patrick. My expectations for him are to catch 50+ balls for like 800 and a half dozen TDs. Depends on how they run the offense, but he is not a WR1 or WR2. He has the ability to be a WR2, depends on the offense they run.

Ha, I wish he were Waddle or Chase at this point. I'd have to look, but if he can hit the numbers I threw out there, he distances himself from the bust status.

All I know is that it didn't help him or Hamler to lose Sutton their rookie seasons with Lock and the inconsistencies they had with the OC. It was a shit show.

We can disagree on the merits of Wilson and what he brings to the table or what he has left. I believe they're in a solid situation offensively, especially if they drive this new offense through Williams on the ground - he needs more reps. Get that man rolling and that will be a great foundation for a consistent passing attack that puts up more points.

That's all I'm looking for and again, with this division and AFC overall... I think 10 wins is reasonable, but I don't know that they advance to the playoffs. Lots of things will happen between now and week 1.

The problem is that Wilson is way past his peak. You look at this as if you are getting the Russell Wilson of 3-5 years ago but you will be dissapointed to find out that that dude has fell off a cliff.
It began two years back when he had that historic start of the season and was really considered by most to be the favorite to win MVP, only to see himself crumble in the second half and suck so bad you would think he was suffering from athletic bipolar disorder. That's more likely the Russ you are getting, the one who crumbled in the second half.

We shall see. Looking back (quick glance) back to 2018, there really wasn't much difference in his TD/INTs for the first half of a year vs the second half. In 2020, the first half was skewed thanks to two 5 TD games and two 4 TD games. I don't know who was injured at any time in those years, but looking at the raw data... there's no real trend of falling part in the 2nd half of any season.

Last year, after missing 3 weeks, it was a slow grind the first 2 games back @ GB and vs AZ, but he finished well in the final 7 games with 15 TDS and 3 INTs.

Suggesting Wilson has fallen off a cliff is a bit out there, but I'm happy to see him prove you incorrect.
