I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.
KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.
One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future. [Reply]

This season was luck. No other medical staff would clear Johnson, so he ended up in Manhattan. Good luck in getting players like that consistently. Not happening. And if Tang does happen to produce another year or two like this one, he's gone and they're starting over. Pure and simple.

While it must be hard for KSU to put up with having the most classless coach in the NCAA, he at least knows how to coach. Something Kentucky fans haven't seen a lot of lately. [Reply]

I’m not tuned into much. What did Tang do that was classless? [Reply]

I think/thought Chiefspants was being facetious. :-) [Reply]

Personally? I think Tang is an absolute LEGEND for what he's done to the loudmouths of this fanbase.
This is without a doubt the most classless, POS miserable excuse for a human being in all of college basketball. Why would you make the post game statement he made when you were behind for most of the game? Jerome Tang..🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕 pic.twitter.com/kCts2cYxoi
Aside from this being disrespectful, it’s also completely inaccurate. K-State has little to no tradition and Kentucky has quite possibly the greatest. I have no clue what Tang is trying to say here #BBNhttps://t.co/F4NB6AFbMR
What a joke. This guy wants to talk basketball accomplishments as a 1st yr HC with the media that covers UK. He should come back when he accomplishes something… if he ever does. https://t.co/YZTTIRDTFK
