Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

If he's not the most sure thing in the clutch of any athlete ever in any sport, I'm not sure who else it could be. He will be there when it matters.
The closest I've ever gotten to being legit pissed with Patrick was the Chargers INT and then knocking Rashee out for the season in the same play. Truly a boneheaded play by a typically very smart player.
But other than that, there are plenty of reasons for the regular season struggles. Just gotta wait and let him sort it out himself, because you know he'll figure it out. [Reply]

Citing he was not playing as well as he usually does and struggling is not trashing the guy. It's discussing football on a message board. Observing what we are seeing and what might be going on. [Reply]

He literally had a worse regular season than this last season and went on to have the best postseason run of his entire career. Why is anybody bitching about this guy's performance whatsoever in November?
It's pathetic and it indicates a lack of understanding about who and what he is. [Reply]

If you think he had a worse season last year that was simply because of drops and because Kadarius Toney is was one of the worst football players in the entire league last year...Skyy Moore too. They are very similar seasons we just got rid of Toney and Moore. You don't lose games if you don't have those two. [Reply]

I say he had a worse season last year because he did. His 2024 QBR was already four points better than last year going into this game and that differential is only going to increase after the performance he put on today. [Reply]

They just posted a QBR grade of 64/100 for today’s game. Doesn’t make sense. [Reply]
It was amazing in the first half when he had all day to throw and could take his choice of receivers. I remember what that was like.
His ability to come up with a big run in the 4th quarter is uncanny. It's like he's identified where the opportunity is gonna be earlier in the game. [Reply]
