This hit from Omenihu went to the back of Herbie’s legs so it’s less likely to cause an injury. You could also argue that Omenihu was sort of blocked into going low.

Hutchinson was untouched and stumbled on his own and hit him square on the knees... Charles was pretty much tackled by the Chargers Guard and still managed to grab the back of Herbert's legs and avoided a direct hit. [Reply]
