No.
Charcandrick West was on this team last year and he scored a 21 yard TD. The OL is much better....and then Patriots defense isn't good anymore so that helps. [Reply]
This really nailed it from what I saw last night. He always seemed to be falling forward, with bodies flying and missing all around him. A bunch of times I thought he'd be stopped for a yard and ended up with 8 or 9. [Reply]
This was why the Chiefs moved up in the third round to snag Hunt in the draft, No. 86 overall. Last year, when Reid was preparing his game plans each Thursday night, he’d have on the weekly MAC game in the background, which meant that he’d seen several Toldeo games—and Hunt routinely caught his eye. In 13 games that season, Hunt compiled 1,878 yards from scrimmage and 11 touchdowns. “He seemed to get stronger as the game would go on,” Reid says now. “And they fed him and fed him and fed him.”

Can we please stop with the bullshit that Dorsey was some kind of guru?
Proof now that Reid like Hunt last year, Veach brought Mahomes to Reid & Dorsey, Reid met with Cliff Kingsbury, etc. [Reply]

Makes you think what role did Dorsey really have [Reply]

A big one. This idea of giving credit to everyone but the GM is over the top. Veach is going to get help from his scouts but people aren't going to bend over backwards to figure out where Veach's ideas came from.
In fact I guarantee that Veach already has made moves based on other people's opinions. Yet it's all hail Veach and pick apart all our roster spots as not really being "Dorsey's decision".
Veach has been great so far but we don't need to act like Dorsey didn't do a fantastic job building this roster just to make ourselves feel better about Veach. [Reply]
