I'm not a fan of boat shoes.

Do you work on a sailing vessel? Clarks = good stuff. Boat shoes? Maybe in 1985.

What about a pair of Sperry's? Or are you going for a little more comfort with the Clark's?

Black and brown don't work well together, and there is a lot of black on those shoes. I'm not a fan of boat shoes either, though.

I'm in the market for a semi-casual brown shoe myself. It's tough to find something that looks good.

It's summer. I live in San Diego.

Um, I like the comfort of Clarks. The couple pairs I have now are so comfy. I wish that little black/red stripe wasn't on them, but I think they look pretty sharp from above.

I feel you on the comfort thing... I have to agree on the black/brown thing being a bit of a faux pas, though

They've been around forever, and they got super popular again about 3 years ago. Something else will pop up and take their place. These trends generally only last for a few years.

Keep the spare change in your pocket. They look bad.

Seriously Buck? Don't ever wear put anything on your feet but this quality of a shoe.....seriously don't ever. It's okay to go higher but nothing less.

If you like the comfort of the Clarks then try something like this: http://www.onlineshoes.com/mens-born...i_sku=27375085

Born shoes are awesome. Keen too. Similar price range. Better comfort and longevity.
