Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
Woody has been unlistenable for well over a decade. If any podcast I listen to has him on, it's auto off. I can't think of a single thing he has said that was insightful...ever. [Reply]
I’m still comfortable about our chances in the playoffs when we get some of our injured back and we hopefully get the confidence to use worthy like we did it to the beginning of the game yesterday. So I think we’ll still get our three peat. Biggest worry is probably Detroit in the Super Bowl.
But I think the undeniable reality is that Allan outplayed Mahomes yesterday. Don’t expect him to do it in the playoffs. But you have to admit Allan is having a very good year, probably his best, especially in terms of not throwing games away. Buffalo has done much better than most expected. They will be a real challenge in the playoffs. [Reply]

Buffalo has been better than the Chiefs most weeks by the eye test.
The issue is they don't have another gear.
We do. Of course there is no guarantee we just flip the switch. We need to start playing playoff level football soon. [Reply]

Not that I don't agree with alot of what you are saying but we lose to the RAIDERS on XMas day last year. This year in all likelihood we have Omenihu, Pacheco, Brown and Watson all coming back by an AFC Championship game. [Reply]

He's had a couple of bad games but yeah, he's been very good and people were far too quick to write off the Bills. I'll hold my hands up that some of their moves looked bad to me but proven me wrong. I thought Coleman would do nothing for example, and he's been quietly decent. [Reply]

Coleman is a nice athlete, not really a get open WR at this point.
But if he gets the ball in space he can make plays.
I initially liked him a lot in the draft process but cooled a bunch when I saw how raw he was. [Reply]

Allen is one of the best QBs to ever play the game of football, so there’s really not much shame in that. It’s going to happen from time to time.
It’s weird to me that he’s not accepted as the clear #2 to Mahomes (guys like Lamar and Burrow are still suggested) but I think his greatness would be far more obvious to most fans if the Chiefs didn’t own his team in the playoffs his entire career (and that ownership has almost next to nothing to do with his own performance in the playoffs). We almost certainly win that game yesterday if we are playing anybody other than the Bills.
If/when the Chiefs inevitably have a down period again, Josh Allen is probably going to be the biggest beneficiary. [Reply]

He's 6'4" 200-lbs. He's in the mold of Mike Williams, Tee Higgins, Drake London, etc. No, he's not super fast or extremely athletic, but he doesn't have to be. He's built in the mold of a prototypical possession WR. Or, basically a skinny TE.
Don't know if he'll actually become a top-tier possession WR, a lot of that has to do with what goes on between his ears, but he has the physical assets. [Reply]

He has none of the skills of Tee Higgins or Drake London as a prospect. Zero craft to his game.
Not saying he can't better but he came out with far less polish than those guys. [Reply]

Allen’s greatest failure is that he can’t beat Mahomes. You know what… Peyton struggled to beat Brady too. I respect josh Allen a ton and I like buffalo fans because they’ve stuck with their team through thick and thin.
He’d be my pick for 2nd best too. I get burrows place in the discussion. And Lamar this season has certainly put himself in the conversation but we need to see him win some really big games first [Reply]
