Some big moments, yes. But not all of them. Huge play to Perine for 30+ yards when it should have been a 10+ yard loss for a sack. Huge play to D-Hop when Denver blitzed the crap out of him. Huge 4th down TD pass to Kelce. Was he perfect? Of course not, missed a few big throws. But also made some big plays. You lose the game without the plays I just mentioned.
I call it a mixed bag for Mahomes today. He'll need to play a lot better next week, and so will the OL. You had less than 40 yards rushing from the RB's today, along with a constant heavy pass rush on Mahomes the entire game. They're not gonna defeat Buffalo with 16 points next week. Need better QB & OL performance. [Reply]

The shocking missed throw for him was to Kelce. That's one he makes 99% of the time. Still led the game winning drive though, so all's well that ends well.

Mahomes needed to put it all on his back today. Run game got stuffed, the Broncos have a damn good DL. And the rush was getting to Mahomes about half the time, our OL could not pass protect to save it's life, not just Kingsley. [Reply]
He’s not gonna be perfect every game. The entire team played poorly today.
But man it was shocking to see how badly Mahomes and McDuffie were on a few plays. I have legitimately not seen those guys make the mistakes they did today. [Reply]
