What do you think is going to happen when #ThePatonPlan is executed?
Imagine thinking you're that close after a baker's dozen. :-)
If only it worked that way...
Newsflash...it's the NFL. Not college. Every team has talent and you don't win games 50-0.
Let's look at the other side. The Chiefs were on the road, at high altitude, played with very little intensity and with an injured Hill, yet still only punted twice and would have punched in another TD on the final drive if needed.
It's funny that you think a one score lead would have been safe, especially after seeing them march right down the field on the last drive. [Reply]
If I were Denver I'd be happy getting Flores and Watson. Then as a Chiefs fan I'd be happy when Watson is suspended for a year while doing 5 in Prison. [Reply]

Rodgers' age and the Packers' current cap situation makes this the perfect time to part ways. He has to leave eventually. Might as well get a load of draft picks (including a top 10 pick) and some good, young players like Michael Ojemudia for him instead of getting nothing. Ted Thompson would make the trade.
You smell of desperation. I hope both teams are dumb enough to do it. Dungver gets a guy with 1-2 seasons left, and they lose first round draft picks for the next 5+ years. Sounds like a win! Getting Rodgers, and him playing behind that dumpster fire OL will not even win you the division, but I might eventually break the VERY EMBARRASSING 13 GAME LOSING STREAK TO THE BEST TEAM IN THE DIVISION, THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS!!! Chiefs all-time record against the Broncos series is Chiefs with 69 wins and Donks 55 wins. It would take Denver 7 seasons winning twice a year to catch up to the Chiefs meanwhile we will continue to own them with Patrick so that's not going happen. They may get a win here or there just because the odds are eventually they beat us but my last words on this is Fuck Donks Forever. [Reply]

Donks only count since the merger. They tend to ignore history. :-) [Reply]
I've heard a lot of people talking about Flores. I understand that he lost his job mainly due to "deteriorating relationships", which reminds me of the Josh McDaniels era in Denver. [Reply]

Yeah, who knows what that means. I remember 3 things about the McDaniels era. I recall sitting at a bar in the Bahamas and learning they didn't draft Tebow with their #1 pick, only to learn they then traded up to get back into R1 to pick Tebow. I then recall how crazy happy he was to beat the Patriots... and then follow it all up by starting 6-0 and then missing the playoffs.
I don't recall much else about that era/error...
I don't know anything about the Flores guy other than the Dolphins started off like 1-7 this past year, ended 9-8 and swept the Patriots. [Reply]
