What's even more weird is that Denver has LOST their last 2 of 3 AT HOME (would be 3 of 3 if the Pats win wasn't gifted to them) and would miss the playoffs completely if they continue that trend...:-)
And perhaps the weirdest thing ever is that your preaching has been reduced to hoping for two home wins so you can keep from losing the division and hopefully make the playoffs, when just one month ago you were spewing that the " All Powerful Oz would lead you to the Super Bowl." So weird...:-) [Reply]

Yeah, Denver screwed the pooch losing to the Raiders... [Reply]
Even with Manning's arm dying...teams had to respect his quick release. That made the run game look serviceable. He covered a lot of warts on that team...including Kubiak's average coaching ability. [Reply]

And, the OL ... it's been a mess going back to Clady's injury. They've had all sorts of issues there. [Reply]

Nailed it. Denver is so used to having a HOF QB at the ready to bail them out of games week to week. They're finding out first hand what it's like not to have that. Weird losses happen when your QB just can't make that extra couple of great plays per game. [Reply]

And, again - just because I said teams weren't scared of KC's offense, you shouldn't make a direct correlation that I'm saying Denver's offense is better. Denver's offense has been a hot mess the last month.
We can go back to the bye week and I've never had any thoughts about this Broncos' team doing anything worth a damn in the playoffs. And, that stance hasn't changed. I'd love to see Denver secure the #2 seed, which they still can - but that doesn't mean that I think they can win a playoff game. They are way too off balance right now.
Denver could advance as a #2, #3 or a #5 at this point and I wouldn't expect anything special happening in the playoffs. Hell, they could miss out entirely and aside from it being a buzzkill way to end the season, I'm not going to lose much sleep over it at this point.
The team has really fizzled when it matters most the last 2 weeks, hell the last 3 weeks... it is what it is. And you guys should be loving every minute of it... the Chiefs are on a roll.
You sure do say, "it is what it is" a lot. Is that like a verbal tic of yours or something? You don't know what to say, but you want to fill the space with words, so you say, "It is what it is?" [Reply]

Usually it's "Denver may win, they may not. Who knows" [Reply]

As has been the case with KC all year. The first month of the season the KC OL was a patchwork crew at best. Literally pulled a starter off the street the week of the 1st regular season game...Still don't think they gave been able to go with the same crew for more than two games in a row all season. OL's Matter...:-) [Reply]

I don't have any control over the situation and have settled on the fact that these guys have to want it. The last 3 weeks, they appear to sorta want it. If DT made 2 of those catches yesterday, DEN probably wins. I can't get worked up over it, so... it is what it is and life goes on. [Reply]
