Let’s continue to act like this is an overreaction to one game though. Anybody that can’t see what Carr is at this point is a ****ing moron. Straight up.
I’ll be honest man. The Rams game is one of 3 where I don’t think Mahomes will have a good game and will struggle. That defense is so loaded.
But Carr still blew his own dick off last night. No excusing that. [Reply]

The Patriots have won plenty by beating the shit out of a terrible AFC East and saving their bullets for the playoffs... [Reply]

Decent chance he does, but he’s not a vet with a big contract and he doesn’t have the interior OL in front of him that Carr does.
Oakland’s OL matches up well with the Rams, and he still struggled mightily. [Reply]

He’s not even close to it. He’s average to slightly above average at best.
I remember when Smith and Dalton were getting paid like elite QBs now that's about an average salary for QBs. That stuff seems to change year to year. The Raiders have a trillion dollars in cap space they would be dumb to move on from Carr IMO [Reply]
When the chiefs play them, I bet you'll see a similar defense as last year's opener against New England, where Houston and company dropped back into those passing lanes and punished the hell out of the NE receivers on those cheap crossing (pick) routes. [Reply]

The damage is already done/started. His contract is what kept them from keeping Mack, their best player that is damn near impossible to replace.
And QB money is QB money. There’s a reason that us and the Bengals struggled to put enough talent around those two to actually win in the playoffs with them. [Reply]
If Carr has a clean pocket and doesnt hear footsteps he is phenomenal. The second he hears footsteps or his pocket starts getting crowded he gets happy feet, fear and pisses himself. If Gruden can`t fix him this year, Carr will be gone before next season. In fact Carr`s contract is front loaded so they wont even take much of a cap hit if Carr is gone next year. [Reply]

IMO...Rams have a stacked interior but their pass rushers arent really special. It's why they kicked the tires on Mack...Wade needs great edge rusher for his scheme to work like it did in Denver.
Peters cant handle Mahomes...it's been well documented from practice reports
Goff is a terrible long ball passer...I wasn't terribly impressed with him on Monday night. [Reply]
“You look at the film we had him open — wide open — deep, we didn’t go there,” Gruden told reporters on Wednesday. “He was open a couple times, and for whatever reason, we didn’t go that route.”
For whatever reason, we didn’t go that route. [Reply]
