Anywhere from an 11 to a 12.

I tried on some Clark's and 11 was too small and 11.5 fit just right.

I wasn't too impressed by the selection at DSW, I ended up with this just because they were really comfortable, they fit, and they looked fine in the business casual style clothes I was wearing.

They have brown ones too, which I liked more, but I don't have a lot of stuff that would match brown shoes. Most of my clothes are Blue, gray, and black.

Funny thing is dude's try to save money on dress clothes and the truth of the matter is this is the way to do it. A buckfity is about what u need to spend on a shirt to get great quality, 2fity on pants. If you get a great discount on the right pair like I posted they will last 3 times as long, require far less cleaning and you will look 10x better. YOu do the math, we are not even talking about time and effort to find the cheapies 3x over. YOu will spend far less to look WAY better. Bottom line

I agree on shoes. Drop some coin on shoes. But you can get quality slacks and shirts for a lot less than that. When I used to wear a coat and tie 50 hours a week, I dropped a lot of coin at Brooks Brothers end of season sales. I don't think I've ever spend 2 bills on slacks unless it was built into the price of a suit. But you run in different circles than I ever did. I can understand the expectation to sport that high end look.

If you look at the ad you can pick up a $250 pair for about a buck twenty. YOu can wear it 3 - 5 days without it wrinkling up on you. Shirt for $150 you can pick up for $50, same scenario and they both last 3x as long. Shoes feel like 10x better as well. Shoes last forever for me as I only wear them when clients are here or I am out. Sock guy

Yeah, that's more what I'm used to paying but I haven't worn anything that high end in years. If I ever need to again I have more than I'll ever need. I have shoes I've owned 12 years. That's what happens when you spend $200 on a pair of shoes. I'll get them resoled one day and probably wear them the rest of my life.

Yep, good shoes rock. What's changed is the quality of clothes in general. From a retail price scenario you have to spend 100% more to get the same quality you would have received just 5 years ago. Nordstom used to have quality clothing now they are nothing more than high end cheesy. Their slacks absolutely stink. They are not worth the trip down to even try them on.
