I would really like to see Silva and Diaz. Its good enough that I might go BWW for it. The co-main is kinda interesting too, but man I'm not paying for one good fight thats neither a title fight nor a super fight. I'm probably gonna skip this, but I'm definitely in for UFC 184 barring more 2014-style disasters.
You're kidding right? 183 is card of the year material, and we're not even in February.
183 basically has a #1 contender fight for Diaz at 170 and Silva for 185 belt. It also has a title shot possible for Gastelum if he wins impressively. Plus, that Joe Lauzon matchup has fight of the night written all over it. [Reply]

Title eliminators should be free if they are headlining it. I'm usually not buying a PPV if a title or an interim title is not on the line.
edit: Last time a UFC PPV did not feature a title or interim title fight was UFC 161, 6/15/13, so its been over 1.5 years [Reply]
Middleweight Anderson Silva vs. Nick Diaz
Welterweight Tyron Woodley vs. Kelvin Gastelum
Lightweight Joe Lauzon vs. Al Iaquinta
Middleweight Thales Leites vs. Tim Boetsch
Welterweight Jordan Mein vs. Thiago Alves [Reply]

Let me qualify by saying I hate Jones, but he took DC down 3 times. Rumble isn't even close to DC in wrestling ability. I'm afraid JBJ controls this fight with takedowns and length. I'd love to see Rumble paste Jones but I doubt it. [Reply]

Diaz did not want to participate in media obligations or the open workout today, but I guess he didn't want to just look the UFC in the eye and say nope, not doing it. [Reply]

Yeah, he absolutely would, but there's no way the UFC would do it even if Diaz never goes to Vegas. Since Cerrone did beat Henderson regardless of what you think about the judging, Cowboy has now won too many fights in a row for the UFC to just throw him away like that. He's now worth more money to Zuffa in 2015 to set up a #1 contender fight in his current weight class. He loses a couple fights, then he can go back to being the crazy non-contending mercenary again.
