Am I having a stroke or is that completely retarded? It's a felony to sleep with someone who is 18 and in high school if you are a teacher at a different school?
So if I'm a TA at a university and sleep with an 18 y/o high schooler, that's a felony? It would be legal otherwise, but since I'm a teacher somewhere in the state, it's a felony. [Reply]
