Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

I would say this was Patrick’s best game of the season. Negative 25 wind chill and he was throwing a very accurate ball. Made some huge plays with his legs including a pretty big 4th down conversion. Tua was really struggling with the cold weather by comparison. [Reply]
He is our Walter Payton man of the year nominee. All nominees get to wear the sticker. When you win it, it becomes a permanent fixture of your uniform [Reply]

So, something that stood out on a re-watch is the difference in how Mahomes stayed calm in the pocket, stood in there and seemed unworried about the pass rush, versus how, during the regular season, he seemed uncomfortable and ready to move and come off receivers at the slightest pressure.
Other than knowing they edge rushers who were coming off the couch, I can't explain the difference.
But, if he keeps that calmness in the pocket for the rest of the playoffs, [insert Macho Man Randy Savage GIF] Ohhhhhh Yeaahhhhhhhh. [Reply]
