Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

Right. It was a desperation playcall that didn't really fool anyone and became a turnover touchdown to boot.
I don't even get how "tricky" that play was supposed to be. As soon as defenders see Mahomes playing running back, it's not really a surprise if he takes the handoff and passes the ball. That's why Kelce was doubled and James would have got lit the fuck up if they passed it to him. [Reply]

Justin Watson is not a good route runner. Brady had the same interception while working with Justin Watson
Running a timing route with Justin Watson is ludicrous [Reply]
Finished Chiefs film. Raiders defense played well and they seemed to have a safety enter the box late every time the Chiefs ran the ball. Some good stuff from them. Ok to the Chiefs offense. I've discussed this often and it continues to show. A different player makes a mistake on…
And then Mahomes just doesn't trust many guys. WR group doesn't have much awareness. Kelce isn't open as often + teams just double him because why not. No one else is beating man coverage.

That was the big thing watching all the clips on Twitter today. It's not on one guy on any given play (though Wayna DID stand out, woof), on every play it's someone different dropping the ball. It's real, real bad. [Reply]
