Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?
Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? [Reply]

I did a 10.5 suppressed. Threads end up at the end of my DD rail perfectly. I got an Osprey for subsonic rounds, swap it to my .45 and 9mm pistols. Do NOT use the Osprey on full load 300s! [Reply]

I've always heard they were bad, but I guess I've never seen it in person. I bought my trigger kit from them over the summer and now they feel the need to let me know whenever they have "bulk" ammo for "sale". [Reply]

They had 9mm/1000rds for $999 in March. They did the same thing though not quite the same degree, back in 2008-09. Go on any gun forum and it's the same: CTD sucks.
Now, I have bought stuff from them on occasion when non one else had what I was looking for, but I can't remember the last time I bought ammo from them. Maybe 12 years ago? And I always look everywhere else before I even think about checking CTD. [Reply]

Their name has always been ironic at best. Admittedly, the name fooled me back when I was a n00b. Then I started checking other sites.
Haven't purchased anything from them in years. Next purchase will be never. [Reply]

Yeah I can't stand those pricks. I used to buy a lot from them pre Sandy hook. After Sandy hook they started price gouging like no other. Haven't bought anything after that little display of dip shittery. They have a bad name in the shooting world and I know there are a lot of people on the same page as I am. [Reply]
Cheaper than dirt can go screw themselves. TheT we’re selling the Magpul 30rnd mags back in 2013 for close to $100 each. They will never get my business. [Reply]

I was just perusing PSA, and they're asking $450 for a fucking Ruger LC9s. IIRC I paid about $300 for one. :-)
Yeah you were right. HK VP9 prices just kept going up.
Ended up grabbing a FN 509 Tactical. Lists for ~$1000 new including two 24 round mags and one 17 round mag. Got one that had 100 rounds through it with an additional 17 round mag, four additional 24 round mags, and a holster for $915. So with the additional mags I essentially paid $700 for the gun and the 3 mags it comes with new, and $200 for the additional four 24 round mags and one additional 17 round mag. Looks brand new.
